Community Suppers Held Last Wednesday of Every Month
Everyone is welcome to attend the community supper at the Gallatin Gateway Community Center! There is no charge for this event, although donations are always welcome. Dinner is served beginning at 5 p.m. until the food runs out. Coordinators plan for 100 people, and the menu is always changing, although it always include a main dish, salad, and dessert.
If you belong to a community group in the area that would like to assist with a community supper, helping to set up, cook, serve, and clean up, please contact WWLA through this website.
Annual Fireman's Breakfast & Community Clean-Up
The annual Community Earth Day Celebration will be held Saturday, May 8. Begin your day with a great breakfast at the Fire Department, then volunteer your time and talents to tackle a chore at your community center, from washing walls to painting trim, this is the day we spruce up the center!
St. Patrick's Day Dinner March 17
Once again, the Willing Worker's Ladies Aid will present our annual St. Patrick's Day Dinner on St. Patrick's Day, Wednesday, March 17 from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Mike Parsons, Jim Averitt & friends will provide LIVE MUSIC! Come out and support WWLA.
Proceeds from the dinner go to our scholarship program.
2010 Scholarship Applications Due
Seniors and recent high school graduates who attended school at Gallatin Gateway, including home schooled students, are eligible to apply for $500 scholarship award. Please see details in the Scholarship section of this website.
