How To Rent
Let us assist you with your next event!
If you have looked through the Rental Information and wish
to hold your event with us, please follow these steps to rent the Gallatin Gateway
Community Center.
- Check availability of the Community Center online.
- Contact the Community Center Coordinator at (406) 763-4865, or E-mail using this
site. In your email or voice message please leave your name, phone number and
date of the event.
- Once your event has been confirmed, you will be sent a contract.
- Complete the contract and return it, signed, with a rent check and a separate
damage deposit check.
- Our coordinator will contact you prior to your event to finalize details. Any outstanding
rental fees must be paid prior to receiving a key to the Community Center.
Cancellation Policy
1/2 of the total rental fee is retained if the renter cancels within 60 days of the rental date.
A $25.00 adminstrative fee is charged on any cancellation.
