How To Rent
Let us assist you with your next event!
If you have looked through the Rental Information and wish
to hold your event with us, please follow these steps to rent the Gallatin Gateway
Community Center.
- Check availability of the Community Center online.
- Contact us to make arrangements if you would like to
see the facility.
- Call the Community Center voice mail at (406) 763-5156. Leave a message including
your name, phone number, and date of your event.
- Our rental agent will call you (usually within two days), answer your questions,
and confirm your date. You will be mailed a contract.
- Complete the contract and return it, signed, with a rent check and a separate damage
deposit check.
- Our renal agent will contact you prior to your event to finalize details. Any outstanding
rental fee must be paid prior to receiving a key to the Community Center.
Cancellation Policy
1/2 of the total rental fee is retained if the renter cancels within 60 days of the rental date.
A $25.00 adminstrative fee is charged on any cancellation.
